I have booked for an broadband connection in the Airtel store ( Cambridge layout, Ulsoor). The staff said that the installation will be done by 1 or 2 days. After 2 days called back to airtel store they didn’t pick the call, I tried calling them for more than 8-9 times but there was no response from the store. Again i went back to the store & they say that they were busy so could’nt pick the call. I asked when will the installation will be done. The staff said that there is no installation person available so it will be done by the next day. The next day same thing happened & they dragged it for another 6 days. Finally I canceled the broadband booking
