I ordered my product on 11th of October through Flipkart, shipping of which was expected on 15th October,and delivery on 23rd October , till today, my product is not shipped. whenever i try to track it through the app, it’s showing the status as “item waiting to be picked up by courier partner” last updated on 15th October, 4:06 am.
when i tried to contact customer support,at 18th October, they said a resolution will be provided until 22nd October. After desperately contacting them again an again,on 21st of October , they said that the product is shipped, and provided me a tracking id. But on the app, the status is still the same, and no mention of product getting shipped. When i tried to track product through courier partner’s website,it was just showing that shipment details received on 15th October 2:32 AM, and no further updates are available.
on 22nd when i called Flipkart about resolution about my complaint, they completely denied that there was a complaint registered on 18th October, and resolution date for which was 22nd October,They told me that they have registered the complaint (on 22nd) and resolution will be provided on or before 24th October, 9 PM.
Now, on app they are showing the delivery date as 23rd October, customer support is saying that issue will be resolved until 24th October (not specifically mentioning that whether product will be shipped or it will be delivered until that date ) and when checked on Ekart logistics’ website using tracking id, product is not shipped yet.
i am writing this complaint on 22nd October, and no further updates are provided
