Ordered a LG 108 cm (43 inch) 43UJ632T 4K (Ultra HD) Smart LED TV costing a amount of RS 53990/- from Paytm on 23rd june 2018 vide order no#5433954924.
Product reached me on time .During installation and unpacking by LG brand engineer it is seen that the product has fully broken display.Immediately return request placed by me & paytm also initiated & approved return & refund after one day on 6th july 2018 .
Since then paytm is not keen to take back his damaged product after several request on phone & mail. All customer care executives are busy in asking sorry but no strong step taken since then till today i.e 19th july 2018.What shall I do next?

Ordered a USB to lan card external connect or costing a amount of RS 500/- from Paytm on 22 November 2018 vide order no#6588096529.
Product reached me on time .During installation and unpacking that the product was fully broken.Immediately return request placed by me & paytm also initiated & approved return & refund on same day on 26th November 2018 .
Since then paytm is not keen to take back his damaged product after several request on phone & mail. All customer care executives are busy in asking sorry but no strong step taken since then till today i.e 28th November 2018.What shall I do next?
