- Refund request nade on 26.12 19 vide ref 446865356535
- still not received the money back till date
- cheque was sent but returned back as no one was at home. However after that they are still showing the procedure of 7 days to courier it back. Just to resend one cheque , so much of delay?
also even the 7 days procedure time is also over but yet they dont know whereabouts of the cheque.
even speaking to their appellate authority (asiya) is of no use as the issue is still not pending after a month since she took over to handle the issue.
the complaint was also raised earlier with consumer complaint authority on 05.02.20 (ref no. 1892599 with national consumer helpline) but they have still not resolved.
i have also explained to asiya about the loss which i have incurred due to their negligence but no confirmation yet. - why i should not ask for compensation for mental harassment since december 2019.
why i should not ask for compensation of 10 times of my refund amount for the trouble and harassment that i have faced and i have been cheated due to their misguiding and giving wrong info all the times.
