Booked a flight with ref id: 0701230027908 through Yatra, unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the airline rescheduled the flight. we were promptly informed about this, and we were assured that a refund would be processed for the full amount paid for the tickets.
However, it has been one month since Indigo sent the cancellation mail and refund details, and the refund has not yet been credited.
We are communicating with Yatra from July 23rd, but they kept on delaying the process
