Text of Complaint by Rajesh Bhue:

I ordered a MSI laptop from filpkart and it delivered on 14 July 2022. It was prepaid product of 72k. I got multiple issues in that laptop. So that I decided to return that product and return it. I did that. Flipkart said product will be not return, it will be replaced and technician will be visit upto 23 July. After that product will be replaced, then I said ok, that fine. Neither they send technician or nor they replaced the product. Finally they accept return request and said that product will be pickup on or before 1 August 2022. After that they said We’re sorry about the inconvenience you are facing with the product and Your product return request already forwarded and your product pickup promise will be done on or before 04 Aug 22. But they didn’t pick up product and extended upto 5 August and again they extended upto 9 August. Always they tried to extending the pickup date and not picking the product.
Thus they are wasting my time and my work has stuck.
Please consider the issue.
