I order burger with fried chicken from “Empire Easy bites” in Bengalore for which one delivery agent Kishan kumar behera was assigned.
my order never came and when i reported this to their helpline/chat, only to get no compensation for the frustration and harassment that i had to bear. I was hungry and acter 2 hours of long wait the order automatically got cancelled and got the full refund.
And also swiggy promised me for the double refund But i didnt get the refunt yet.
My concern is only that Swiggy says lots about their policies yet they don’t have any policy for the order they had to cancel because of their fault? The customers have to suffer at last and the only thing that we get is just our money back.
How can consumers trust on these online food delivery partners when their whole policies are not consumer friendly.
I request to kindly take an appropriate action regarding this so that these kind of incidents may have some repercussions for the company as well
