i request for new connection for act fibernet and the agent called and told it will take 7 to 8 days for new connection has he suggested we took 6 months plan on 11/6/2020 after 20 days also no one called or anything if I can customer care they will solve in 24hrs still after no one called and 26 we called customer care tell them to refund amount they told oki for refund still now they are not doing telling some nonsense reasons
