Text of Complaint by ROHIT:

i placed pizza order from Domino’s using Zomato. Zomato charged for delivery Rs. 52 and order was placed at 8:26pm and it was showing that it will deliver maximum to 9:11 pm. I expected that Domino’s guarantee 30 minutes delivery so why Zomato is taking so much time but I still couldn’t do anything as there was no option for cancellation. For my surprise Domino’s Pizza is delivered by Domino’s itself not by Zomato valet. So why they took delivery charges. And then my pizza did not deliver even at 9:11. I registered complaint that kindly cancel my order as it is still not out for delivery. Zomato says that they can’t do anything as it is upto Zomato and they uses their own valet. Domino’s number given on Zomato website was wrong and then after repetitive requests also Zomato neither cancelled my order nor refund my amount and then order was delivered after more than 1 hours that is around 09:38 pm and that’s to super cold. Worst pizza. Then where to complaint for such mistake. Zomato said that we are not responsible as Domino’s Pizza is delivered by Domino’s itself so we can’t do anything then why did they charge delivery fees. Because if u order from Domino’s they provide free delivery and 30 minutes guarantee delivery.
