Text of Complaint by Aaron Cherian:

ordered a pair of bluetooth earphones and a headphone jack connector, which were supposed to be delivered by 05-05-2026, we never recieved the product and after lodging verbal complaints regarding the issue for 5 consecutive days, no updates from the seller, delivery agent, customer care were shared, only false hopes and promises, had to postpone my trip to Bangalore and according to the customer care i also should postpone my new internship’s joining dated 15-05-2026, they have extended the buffer time for the delivery without aiding me with any help
