Hello Team,

I ordered a shoes from Flipkart on 7 October 2023 and promised date was 14 October for the delivery. However, later it got delayed and date was given of 17 October 2023 for the delivery. Thereto on 18 October 2023 I tried reaching out to Flipkart, somehow tweeting about them got me in touch with their escalation desk. The team promised me delivery within 48 hours. The order got cancelled and was reordered again without my consent. The item was still not delivered. I am constantly trying to reach out to them they are not responding and helping me out. Multiple times i have reached out to twitter they are only copy pasting the template. Now i need Flipkart to deliver that order of mine for free and reverse the funds to my remitting account as a compensation for the delay.
