Text of Complaint by Veronica Anthony:

We ordered bean bag on Flipkart 25 days before i.e. on 8th August by paying the full amount, still it is not delivered. Called multiple times to customer service team and they are extending the days by saying all reasons for delay. Not even ready to listen our side comments and disconnecting the call after they said their part. We are expecting a genuine and positive response from you. We need either the money refunded and cancel the product or compensation from Flipkart. We are totally disappointed with the service.
