Text of Complaint by Etikyala Jyothi:

I have order products from Amazon(Fresh) on 4 Sep 2021, which is supposed to be delivered by the same day 12 am which did not get delivered, regarding this I have contacted them about 3 times where they told me that they will do the investigation about the delay and my products will deliver on 10 Sep 2021, on Sep 10 I did not receive any delivery, when I reached them about this on 10 Sep 2021 about delivery and investigation they simply came up with refund solution, when I asked about the investigation they do not have any answer that means they did not investigate about the issue
