I had sent a mail for refund/compensation of my wrong Order sent by Behrouz on August 06, 2021 at 07:37 PM, Order ID : 3003214928.
After reporting the issue multiple times to support, i had received a mail on 25th August from Zomato Support that said
” Subject – Request for Proper Compensation for Zomato Order 3003214928
Hi Nayan,
Hope you’re doing great.
This mail is regarding your order ID: 3951662269
Your refund has been initiated as Zomato credits coupons worth INR 1863.33.
We’ve added the credits in your Zomato credits section. The credits will be added within 24-48 hrs in your Zomato credits section.

Firstly in the mail the order id was mentioned wrong even though in the subject it is mentioned right, secondly it has been more than 5 days now and i still have not received the refund in my account.
I have tried contacting Zomato by mail, zomato support chat but no one is helping out. This is complete fraud from Zomato to the customer for mentioning in the mail refund will be credited in 48 hours when it is still not credited!
I hope you will take strict action as soon as possible.
