I have requested for cancellations of connection and demanded refund of deposit on 27th oct, 2021
Till now (9th nov), box has not been picked up and they saying that it will take 14 days to refund after pickup.
Its very tough for me to understand that for such simple process why there is so long delay.
If we take new connection they come immediately and first ask deposit.
I have called their customer care multiple times. I get a standard reply that it will be picked today. But it keeps on rescheduling.
I actually should demand penalty from them.
