- I ordered my item on 12th of December ,and the last date to deliver it is on 25th of December . I don’t have any problem with this huge 13 days of order traveling, but while reaching to nearest hub on 19th of December. And from that day onwards for everyday it goes to out for delivery and at the end of the day delay due to external factors. Okay 1 or 2 day we can understand their would be some problem because we which my order is not deliverable today ,but what if it go continuous for 5 to 6 days.
- And while calling to Amazon customer care they simply say your order will surely reach tomorrow actually it is due to some external factors it delayed … And now its above last day my order not delivered ?
- And number provided to contact delivery agent , where not picking up the phone wholeday . Then what’s the use of providing the number and pin to contact the agent.
