Text of Complaint by Saikat Das Sharma:

A consignment was booked on my name from Delhi to be delivered to Agartala on 8/07/2022 through Trackon Couriers. The shipment reached Guwahati Hub of Trackon on 9th of July 2022. However for unknown reasons , the consignment was not booked for delivery to Agartala till 12th of July morning . After which I called the customer care number of Trackon Courier Services – Delhi Branch , they said they will reach out to me but they didn’t. Then I called the customer care section Guwahati Branch and complained. Thereafter the consignment was shipped on 12th of July itself at 2:31 PM . The customer executive said it will take 48 hours that is 14th of July 2022 to reach Agartala Hub. 48 hours elapsed , yet the tracker showed in Transit to Agartala. Thereafter I called the Branch Manager Pranab Datta , who said on 15th , that my consignment will be reach at Agartala Hub on 16th of July at 10:30 to 11:00 AM . However after passage of that time , I called him twice, he didn’t pick up. Then I texted him informing about the non arrival of shipment. He texted me back saying that the consignment will reach within 1 hour . After 2 hours and no sign of arrival of consignment, I texted him again , he didn’t reply . Today is 16th of July nd the consignment reached Guwahati on 9th of July ,no delivery yet

Hence , I seek redressal and compensation from Trackon Courier Services for wastage of my valuable time.
