Text of Complaint by Arshwinder Singh:

I booked a hotel room from OYO named Lime light in Munnar from 28th Nov 2019 to 30th Nov 2019 on 01 Oct 2019. But when I reached the hotel I came to know that this is not the hotel which I booked. I called the OYO customer service. They said that they have changed the booking as there was the problem with the property. OYO didn’t informed me before changing the booking and booked me to some downgraded homestay in the isolated location which put my family security at stake. I requested them to change my booking but they said that the property rates are too high and they put my phone on hold for 40 min for 4 times and disconnected 5th time they booked my hotel at higher price. The whole process caused me mental harassment and insecurity.
