Amazon has delievered me a diffective tv, their installation person try to start it but did not start, so he tell me to book technician visit, I order the same and they give me schedual date of 13th Oct 2021, but no one has visit my place and call me and told that we will replace your item, but even after 2 days there is no account update in my account, so i call them, after 1.5 hours of talking they told me that just return this product and place a new order
But now new order takes 14499 Rs. Insteas of 10999 Rs, so i told them that either they can give me diff. amount voucher or replace the item
So they said that as there is no stock with seller this time, you can wait and we will replace it when it will be in stock
Today i.e. 16th October same seller sold same television , So I call Amazon again to replace my television but they told that you have to return this item and place a new order ( Which is 3500 Rs.More costly than Order I placed ), after arguing they transfer my call to admin department but he cut the call aftersaying that we can not hear you thanks for contacting Amazon ( When I can hear him clearly and I have recroding also, ev3n their previius guy also can hear me )
