Text of Complaint by Anish Padale:

Ordered Sansui Television from Amazon, got installed yesterday, then I found the product is defective, as it is frequently getting switched off Automatically, Then i contacted Amazon customer care where they said they don’t have technician atleast for a week and they cannot replace till it have been monitored by technician. So I denied to wait for another week, there after an hour they called me again and agreed to refund but on condition that I myself uninstall the wall mounted Television at my own expenses, then i demanded to speak to there senior person after 15 mins of waiting on call the guy named leko picked up call and started asking me my details for verification i gave him he was frequently keeping me on hold for 5 min or 10 min, so i got frustrated after he asked me my email id which i gave him then after he said I have to give 2 step verification code that I will receive on my mobile for which i denied as other person might tamper with my gmail account and my all financial transactions are linked with same ID, as i denied he got rude and rudely said we won’t help you if you do not give us OTP go and call customer care again. Now money is gone nearly 34000 and Amazon is not supporting
