Purchased a TV from Amazon.

Wrong description of the TV. Features are not as communicated. Technical defects in the product.

Wifi does not work well, sound fluctuates heavily.

Requested return and refund, they are talking process. Its been 2 days already, nobody has contacted for installation.

Need return & refund.
