Regarding Order No: 9340598405
Product: Apple Pencil
Serial Number: FQDVP6HJGWTJ
Delivery Date: 3-Oct-2019
Product Cost: INR 8499/-
As you are aware, that despite my repeated requests you have not resolved my complaint of faulty and out of warranty product. During last 15 days you have actually done nothing but to harass me mentally and financially. Now you are forcing me take legal actions against you. You can not take an innocent customer for a ride. I will also be going to print and digital media to seek support on this issue.
The overall incidents that have happened since the day I received the product are as follows:
Date: 4-Oct
Details: The product that I received was was faulty. When I checked online on apple website the warranty information was not showing anything. I opened a query on PayTm Mall app with Ref No: 141773261. I received a reply saying i need to visit Apple Service center and provide a job sheet.
Date: 5-Oct
Details: I visited Apple Service Center at Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad and asked them to provide me job sheet. When they checked the warranty status, they found that this is a out of warranty product. When I asked them to give me this is writing they asked me 1000rs. I also called you on your customer care and informed you the same. I was told that i will be provided resolution in next 3 days

Details: Even after 3 days of wait, no response was received from PayTm
Date: 10-Oct
Details: I went back to Apple Service Center for help. After literally begging them for 30 minutes they agreed to give me in writing about the warranty status. Finally
They shared the note which I forwarded to you over email and PayTm app.
Date: 11-Oct
Details: Called up Paytm Customer care. Was on call with them for 46 minutes and they did not provide me any resolution.
Date: 13-Oct
Details: After long wait and no resolution PayTm team finally sent me the number of Seller (Nishant-9909122836) and asked me to talk to him as they could not do anything about this.
Date: 15-Oct
Details: After many discussions with Nishant (PayTm Seller), he finally agreed to have the product shipped back to him so that he can get this replaced.
Date: 16-Oct
Details: I called up PayTm customer care to arrange pickup as mentioned by Seller After talking for 26 minutes on call, Customer Care told me that they cannot do anything about this and i need to wait till 20-Oct.
This is completely unethical and wrong on part of PayTm to have shipped a faulty part and later make the customer run around to get this fixed. I am will to around for resolving the issue caused by your company – PayTM. It is wrong on your part to ask to me chase your seller for resolution. But i still did as your directed. Now I am not willing to chase your seller any more . I did not buy it from your seller.
You need to resolve it by refunding my money immediately and paying the harassment compensation.
Else, I am forced to go to Judicial system and soon my lawyer will send you a notice.
