I ordered a Bosch mixer grinder from Amazon which was found broken at the time of delivery. I co-ordinated with Amazon customer service regarding the replacement and provided them the necessary details. At that point they agreed for the replacement. However, Amazon didn’t complete the replacement due to some miscommunication from their end with the delivery team. Later I get a reply from Amazon that they won’t replace the product and that I am bound to take refund.
My concern is that I had purchased the product originally for Rs. 5189/- which is now listed in Amazon for Rs. 6989/-. So if I take refund and purchase again I will be paying Rs. 1800/- extra due to fault at Amazon end. I escalated the issue multiple times in Amazon but no one was able to solve it.
