Text of Complaint by Atkinson Soares:

Ordered a GoPro 3 weeks ago and was sent a dead piece. Flipkart sent a replacement item which was dead /defective too and immediately raised a refund request.

This was approved on 26th Oct18 and the pickup was scheduled for 27th Oct18.

Suddenly this return request was cancelled without any reason!!

customer care hung up without any reason after being on call with them for 30 mins on 27th Oct at 2am … also asked for a manager and was given another agent acting to be a manager(Akash) and he disconnected on me.

Very frustrating and being cheated
