I have purchased ONIDA 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split Inverter AC – White (IR183PRS, Copper Condenser) against order No. OD428264062606101100 dated 03/06/2023 through Flipkart which was installed on 09/06/2023. Within 2 days I found the product has having cooling issue. I raised the complained at onida customer care number (Complaint No LU1106686475769688) on dated 11/06/2023 and email to flipkart 14/06/2023. I had many email and talk to both Flipkart customer care and Onida Customer Care. But all time they have closed my complained without any visit at my home. I have registered much complaint but all time they have closed my request with any reason. After some days Onida AC is automatically switch off within 15-30 minutes. At least Onida Technician has visited at home and they have found technically fault in Onida AC on dated 09/08/2023. They raised the request to replace the product against Ticket No LU0808691494550534 on dated 09/08/2023. From 09/08/2023 to till date I have not received any call or email from onida team to replace the product or refund my payment. All-time flipkart team has told me to consult with onida and Onida did not provide me right resolution. Flipkart team has two times raised the request to refund the payment but all time onida has closed the request. As per onida return policy I have raised the request within 7 days of the product installed. I have been harassed by both team from last 3 months, No one has provide me right resolution. I think that this is flipkart duty to provide me service or refund my payment. Now I don’t want to get this product, please pickup this product and refund my full payment of Rs 28318(ONIDA 1.5 Ton 3 Star Split Inverter AC) +2199 (Complete Appliance Protection (3 years)+1599 (Onida Installatiom and Demo)= Rs. 32116
