I ordered 2 fans of Havells brnad dated 17 July for INR 6000.21 July received 2 old and in very bad shape products os some anonymous brand.Within minutes complained via call and chat to Amazon team to ask for its pick up and provide Return.They aligned pick up thrice on 22nd July,24 July and 26 July but still pick up not getting done.Need to have this sorted and get my refund back
