Sir
I have purchased a laptop dated 24 sep 2022 and delivered by 27 sep 2022 with a defective product.. After that I complained so many times though the application and twitter but getting no response they only do fake calls to irritate me they have talk with me 4 times every time they are making excuses i said please either replace it or repair it ..they are saying we can’t do that there us showing error while replacing it. They only said it will be resolve by 30 sep 2022 . From yesterday they are sending me messages that it will be resolve by 2 oct 2022 sir it will be replace only be 04 oct 2022.they are extending the date only to looting us.please help sir I am 31 years old person hardly I have earned money to purchase this laptop I wasn’t aware of that I have been looted like this by flipkart.I have complained so many times because I know after first talk after delivery with flipkart and so many fake call received by them that they will loot me please help I am begging ?.
