I had purchased the product ie. “ThunderBeats Wireless Earphones” from website & company “mivi.in” on 22th oct 20. As I was facing the issue and my product was under 1year warranty so I mailed MIVI for a service request on 8th Oct 21. As their response and customer support is so poor that after many emails and calls for the past 3months I received a replacement on 16th dec 21. But the replacement product that I received is not working cum defective so, I raised the complaint immediately regarding this on that the same day. Now, the company MIVI is not providing any assistance on this defective product issue. They are providing a defective and poor quality product in name of the serviced product.
