I Purchase a MSI Modern 14 Laptop from Flipkart and I got a defective and slightly damaged product.
I got the option for open box delivery hence the when the delivery person came, opened the box, took some photos, asked for OTP and started leaving.

I asked him to wait until I checked laptop but he left so I checked the product up from the top and it seemed to be good. Later in the night I completely unboxed it and that’s when I started noticing a few issues.

There are very slight scratches on the side and top lid. These scratches are not even visible to the naked eye and I only noticed them when I was very closely inspecting the product.

Then I noticed my charger was not working properly, it would charge and then not charge so I tried different sockets but still the same issue.

Then I came across another issue were my speakers were not working fine and had no sound or crackling sound coming from it.

Then again later I noticed the when ever my laptop fan turned on the laptop had a weird shock and was vibrating(Very strange for a laptop) and then fans are so loud(My friend has the same Laptop and does not face any of these issues)

The final issue I noticed is that no matter what the CPU would not go above 2 GHZ even on performance mode.

I realised I clearly got a refurbished/defective/used product so I called customer service and when I told them my issue, they hung up on me for 6 times and finally the 7th executive told that I have to wait till September 20th to get a replacement approval and replacement would take longer.

They have asked me to wait more than 2 weeks after its their fault that they gave me a this item in this condition

I had recently watched Gyan Therepy’s video where he clearly warned everyone not to purchase from Flipkart but I made a huge mistake not listening to him and made this purchase I am stuck right now. It is very frustrating as there is no solution to my issue.

Someone please help me out here.
