I orderd Babyhug 3 in 1 Swing and Slide with Basket Ball Hoop – Green & Yellow ” from Order No. 17338671MCV5EE00F5.received an defective order when placed the replace request the representative are making it cancel by giving lame reason, i have uploaded all the images and a 10 sec video as asked by the representative and also mailed multille times but no use.
