I have ordered the Voltas 1.5 ton inverter AC model 2023 where they have made the delivery of 2022 model and when I called them they were telling me that Mfg. Of AC is Sep-22 where model is 2023. Do they think customer is stupid and don’t know ten concept of Mfg. And year of model. After my argument they accepted my return but after successful refund they haven’t updated the return completion status. I called them to report this return status update and their team informed me that they are not able to see any return against return request while the return date there customer care team confirmed me successful pickup of my item but on the next day their team an escalation team denied about their mail and challenge me that refund can’t be processed without tracking I’d confirmation. Is it my fault that their delivery agent not updated the status or they have glitch in their system. They are rudely behaving with me and simply saying that ur money can’t be refunded after my successful return mail also. Very much pathetic behaviour and not customer friendly. Don’t they have responsibility to check with their delivery agent and get the corrected their system glitch rather than refusing customer refund and making irritating by their behaviour.
