I ordered a product which was defective and damaged, so I raised for concern to replace the same. Executive came after 10 days to check product. And denied saying that it should fully damage for replacement. I told him to talk to your company for any consideration. But he was very arrogant and said why you are wasting my time, I need to somewhere else. I did not used it single time. So please help to resolve the issues
