I have not received refund on order #6246903996 and product name “The Lion King Drummer With Light and Music” worth Rs 475. I have called many a times to PaytmMall from which I can only be on hold for more than 45 minutes from past 4-5 days and yet not able to talk to any of the executives for the same. I had even called other department (flight department) from which I was not able to get much information on PaytmMall.
