I had ordered Phillips uv disinfecting machine . I have received a defective and second hand product . Not even the uv lights are working . The box has lot of scratches . When I have registered for refund and return of the item , the pickup date was given as 31 January , but till today (5th feb2022) there is no response form the seller .
