Firstly I ordered monopod Blutooth device from Amazon it receive me Already Damaged Product then I placed replacement ordered the delivery boy said it cannot take damage item replacement u will receive ur refund after ur first ordered successfully returned then after returning original first item refund is not issued By Amazon team I will contact coustomer support team they said ur refund cannot be initiated because item were they received is rejected by inspection team and I return same item as receive I have All proofs of order received there photographs of damage item and they will say we can’t refund ur money is mentally harrass after 20-30 days not order received not the money I humbly request you to resolve my issue
