Text of Complaint by Manohara Shetty:

This is regarding my Amazon order#408-5156031-8416323, which was received in defective condition. There are scratches and white patches on black strap of watch. It looks like old and used product. I raised complaint for replacement on 1st January 2024. Customer service mentioned that escalation is raised and investigation team will check and will call me for further details. I have not received any call back 4 days. I have called back on 6th January 2024. On that specialist team responded that Investigation is closed and I am not eligible for return or refund. As per investigation team, Amazon had sent correct order with good condition. Upon asking for contact point for further escalation, they refused to raise further escalation.
