Team – I have been sent fully damaged refrigerator by ZEFO, Bangalore. I requesting for the return from past 3 days. At the time of delivery, I have found the product is defective and return the product.
But, they denied taking it back and they asked us to raise a query through an email. I did and no response from them till so far.
I have opened the customer query ticket on the same day of delivery vide 5901400446.
