HI,
i have order groceries from grofers app.
Grofers app is selected my GPS location and saying which is not comes under mentioned address. due to this they have cancelled my order and initiated refund amount. amount will be credited within 7days to 10th days
The transaction which i did is form sedxo card which has amount expiry every 29th of month.
so, if gofers refund amount take more than 3 days then i cannot use that money because month expiry is within 2 days.
I request consumer court, to take serious action against grofers.
my complaint on grofers app which is not understanding GPSlocation and mentioned address. even it is same.
