Text of Complaint by Raj Kamal Gupta:

I bought 4 TB WD hard disk last year in November from Amazon…It was not working on laptop so I raised request for exchange…Amazon delivery boy came for exchange but I was in the market at that time. My mother returned the hard drive to Amazon delivery boy but he told that image was not matching . I contacted the azon customer care and uploaded the pics of my hard disk. But when I tried to exchange then I was told that now it can be returned and money will be refunded.. I raised return order 15-20 times but not even single time Amazon delivery boy came to pick it up…I went to Amazon ware house in my city but their supervisor told me that they have been instructed not to pick hard drives from head office…I self returned the same hard disk by courier as instructed by Amazon executive…afterwards i got the reply that the product they received is counterfiet and i will not get any refund…this is pure scam… i returned the same hard drive which i received and i dont know if i received the couterfiet hard disk..
