My self Ashwini mahato have booked a lugauage Sky bag from Paytm mall dated 29/08/2019 with order no 9099829155 which was delivered on 07/09/2010 ,however due to defective goods I requested for replacement dated 10/09/2019 with ref no 9194263824. It was informed on mobile app we will pick up delivery shortly but no one arrived, However courier boy updated return pick is cancelled by customer,So return request was rejected on 23/09/2019 .when i approached them they denyed the request basis of courier boy remark
