On 22 May 2023 I received a Fastrack reflex play smartwatch worth ₹3145, 2 days later I found that the smartwatch is not functioning in the way it should be, The smartwatch turns off anonymously. I raised a return request on 26 May 2023 but Flipkart cancelled my return request, I raised my complaint on Flipkart customer care multiple times in this 1.5 month period but no resolution/refund provided from Flipkart
