The Daikin AC doesn’t cool. Since the time I purchased the Daikin Split AC, every year I have consumed my time, energy, and money to get the issue fixed, but this AC has never worked more than 20 days in the last five years.

Below is a brief history:
– 05/05/18: AC Purchased
– 13/09/18: No-cooling issue was raised.
– 19/05/18: Gas Refilled. Service Order# 2593
– 24/06/19: No-cooling issue again. 1 meter of copper pipe was changed along with gas refilling. Service Order# 7329
– 08/08/20: No-cooling again. Service Order# 12215
– 2021 summer: Again, no-cooling and gas leakage. No action is being taken due to the COVID lockdown.
– 27/03/22 to 04/04/22: Service Order Nos. 22511 and 22549. The technician recommended a copper pipe change and a gas refill.
– 16/04/23: Technician declared compressor as faulty
– 21/04/23: Compressor changed and gas charging done (PFA the service order slip).
Current status: There is no cooling. AC doesn’t cool at all.
Please find attached all the mentioned job sheets and purchase bills.
Such products and services from a well-established brand like Daikin are totally unacceptable.
Total amount of loss from this incident is Rs 93,000.
I wan to get damages for financial loss and mental agony.
* The loss amount includes the price of AC, multiple technician visiting charges, my absence from work, masson, and painting work.
