Dear Team,
I recently ordered from Amazon india online a Vaccum cleaner. They have sent us a used vaccum cleaner with completely dust on it. It seems that somone has already used that product and then send us. It’s completely in damaged condition if you are delivering a product then it should be in proper condition then why are we buying online ? When they are sending us damaged and used product.
Kindly look into this matter. I am providing the company details through which the online product is being sent.
