Text of Complaint by Abhishek Singh:

This is to inform you that I am using airtel DTH ( subscriber ID 3014036030) and for second time on a recharge of Rs 1000/- on 27th Jun 2020 ( earlier one done on 10th May 2020) my all existing HD channels have stopped streaming. This is a case of serious fraud which has resulted in loss of pay per view benefits. Despite repeated requests airtel DTH has not responded at all and is using this platform to extort money from consumers and disrupt their streaming services. Kindly look into the issue to resolve at the eraliest.
