Purchased LG Refrigerator on 27th May 2020. From AGN Electronics. Who sold defected Refrigerator to us. On 28th May we noticed that fridge takes longer time to freeze the ice. And same thing happened with bottom portion of fridge, where we kept eatable items. That item also effected. With in two days halwa got effected by fungals. And also lemon and fruits not survive more then 2 days.
Same thing we told demonstration guy. But he said wait for another week. It will be alright.
So after 10 days of purchase we called to LG service centre regarding same. On 12 June LG guy come and check the fridge temperature. And told us all is fine as of now, you wait for another week. But problem is not sort out. Then again I complaint LG service. 2nd time technical guy come and check the voltage and i told him regarding it takes 20 hrs to freeze the ice in ice container.
But he told me LG company claim for 24 hrs. for same. This is ridiculous reply by him. How it is possible for refrigerator to freeze ice in 24hrs. Then what the purpose to buy costly 471ltr refrigerator.
Then again on third time LG technical guy come. Again he measured temperature with probe. Actual temperature set was -23°C but on apparatus he found only -3°C.
So it’s cleared that there is some serious issue with the refrigerator.
We told him, this is new product just 4 weeks old. Now it’s showing that kind of problem. I spend 56k buks on it. So please replace it now.
But he said we want further Diogenes. Then he opened up all thing PCB, BIMETALLIC SWITCH, DEFOREST TIMER, EVEPORATOR COIL etc. There was hug icing on EVEPORATOR coil due to which there is no cooling.
So we requested him it’s just few weeks to purchase the product so we want to replace the fridge. Just replace the product with new one because from the first day it showed lots of defects. So in future it creates lots of problem.
So I just want my refrigerator replaced or refund the money.
But now its been a month. Still they do the investigation on faulty product.
Furthermore we went to dealer also regarding same AGN ELECTRONICS Ludhiana. But owner just stand his hand. And didn’t do any help.
Please help us regarding this matter.
