Text of Complaint by Romi Romaisa:

I have received detective product from Meesho on 14th of may and I have requested to return but pick up boy not pick the item he said that this item is big and it’s proceed with non quality check but company send me messages for pick up proceed with quality check so you do cal or email to company customer care if they message me proceed item with non quality check then I wil picked. So I have mail to customer care they don’t respond then I have called them so many time and tell them the problem but they cancel my return request again and angain but don’t resolve my issue so I have reinitiate return request today but still pick up don’t pick the item. I have face lot of problem in this pendamic covid situation so I have requested you plz reslove my issue as soon as possible.
