I applied for hotel booking on 4 adults +4 kids in Agoda website for Sarvor Portico at Sasan Gir gujrat 13th may to 15th may 2023, they pass on the booking to 3rd party named booking.com with a mistake in number of guest which say 2 adult , 2 room ( I.e 1 adult per room).
Immediately after getting the confirmation mail , I re-validate the booking on chat with there customer care that room is for 2 adults per room, for which u guys have assured it.( Chat snap shot attached)
Now after reaching the hotel desk hotel charges me extra for 2 guest.
Agoda charged me highest for 1 adult per room and claiming they they provide the most competitive rate ( this is a misconduct taking booking of 4 adults and 4 children and doing booking of 2 adults only that too with there 3rd party booking patner)
Now at this moment I feel I am cheated by agoda…this is a clear case of negelence…
Even after giving all evidence they are giving pathetic excuse that the Merchant mane is Love Gir., The reversal is to be done by Hotel ( which hotel denied)
I am attaching the chat screen shot where I was clearing mentioned my requirements and their customer care guys told me that room can accommodate 2 person.
I paid additional cost for 2 adults and children ~ 12000 rupees..this additional cost need to be reimbursed to me asap.
