Text of Complaint by Kanan bhayani:

Ordered copper matka from ez mall and got them paid 1400 and found the product faulty so complained and they are like it will get replaced and even i agreed immediately as it was fine even if it get replace after like ages received the product and again the same defect and then where the harassment started the call following the wait of 48 hours that fake sympathy they final again replace my product again the same thing happene again I received the replaced product and it was again defective

i really want ez mall to give me the permanent solution to this as this is clear cheating done to me and would fight to whatever it takes

i am literally torchered by this which cost only 1400 but harassment of life
