On 4th January 2022, my balance was deducted without any activation or permission from my side in the name of bcafe portal, and the same was done on 7th January for some handset inbuilt games by VZ-ViCMS. Here the main question arises is that I hadn’t asked for or purchased any such thing.
Please look into the matter.
