Vodafone is unnecessary activating various services on my vodafone number and deducting balance from my account..recently callertune service was activated on my number and a balnce of rs.99 was deducted..i have complaint so many times on vodafone customer care but no action has been taken and my balance is not refunded yet..its a request to look into the matter
